HISTORY AND GROUND FOUNDATION
Famond Care Network was founded in 2021 to solve the mental health, substance abuse, and housing problems faced by Arizonans in need. This movement was built on love for one another, empathy, selflessness, hope, the right for a second chance, fight against bias and injustice, inclusion, self-growth, self-love, rehabilitation, faith, grace, and above all, good health care services.
We encourage everyone to never give up but keep trying because where there is life, there is hope.

OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAM ACTIVITIES OF FAMOND CARE NETWORK
Apart from Famond Care BHRF Activities, we also participate in giving back to the community through our goodwill outreach programs. Famond Care Network participates in community outreach programs with other organizations and non-profit organizations to provide resources to families, individuals, and most especially our veterans so that they can be linked to good health care resources, mental health management, counseling services, good natural support, housing, vocational and educational resources.
REAL OUTREACH APPROACH METHODS
Famond Care is committed and provides real impacts with its outreach program by going out to the field and meeting the people face-to-face at homeless shelters, the streets, train stations, gas stations, and city centers to provide food, clothing, water, housing(hotels, motels, and accommodation in general while they wait for their appropriate placements), and finally link them to the right resources such as mental health clinics, veterans affairs, direct natural support, community support groups including AA/NA, local food banks, and job fairs. We also help individuals get their ID Cards, Birth Certificates, Social security benefits(SSDI, SSI, and more as needed.
EXTENDED OUTREACH COMMITMENT
Famond Care is committed to providing disaster relief accommodation, personnel, counseling, food, water, clothing, and any available support we can provide if granted permission by federal, state, and local authorities.
